Residents who own property in close proximity to the properties located at parcel PIN 5526-21-8401 and 5526-14-5434 located west of Lower Rocky River Rd, approximately 400 feet north of Pioneer Mill Rd (map attached) are invited to attend this meeting on Zoom. The property owner is requesting to modify the current Conditional Zoning Residential Low Density (CZ-RL) and will utilize Conservation Subdivision guidelines. The purpose of the rezoning is to reduce the original approval from an allowed 165 single-family homes to a total of 60 single-family lots on 190.52 acres.
The Town of Harrisburg will facilitate a Zoom Neighborhood Meeting to allow the applicant to present their proposal to neighboring property owners, and to receive feedback from the neighbors at the date and time below.
