The shelter is available for rent to secure availability or can be used on a first-come, first-served basis if not reserved or already in use. To inquire about shelter availability, please call 704-455-7275 x option 1 or email [email protected] Completed Shelter Reservation Request Forms (linked above) should be emailed to [email protected] or brought to the Parks & Recreation office for review. Payment for approved reservations can be made over the phone or in person. Reservations are not confirmed until payment is made. NOTE: The shelter at Stallings Park is not available for rent on Saturdays during fall and spring youth sports seasons (mid-August through mid-November / mid-March through mid-June). Additional "blackout" dates may be necessary due to Town events and programing.
