2023 Vendor Information



  1. Participation is based on availability and first come basis. 
  2. Only commercial vendors are allowed to sell their countries traditional products.  The non-commercial category is for display only. 
  3. All registered participants have to get their own 10x10 canopy, table, chairs and any other materials that are required.  A 10x10 tent is mandatory for all Country Representation Booths, Vendor Booths, Traditional Games, and Gold Sponsor Booths.  
  4. Participants need to be Harrisburg, NC residents OR special invite by committee member OR part of a team led by a Harrisburg, NC resident. 
  5. Maximum 2 entries per category, per country (Categories:  country representation, traditional art, craft, costume, traditional music, singing, dancing, and traditional games).  
  6. All representation, performances, and food need to be related to the country being represented and must be traditional.  (No branding, no religions, no political representation). 
  7. All booths must display the represented country's name and flag (Mandatory). 
  8. All performances must be a group performance with a minimum of 3 members.  Performers minimum age 9 and up.  For any deviations, special approval is required. 
  9. All participants must follow rules and regulations established by Harrisburg, NC, Cabarrus County, North Carolina and the United States of America. 
  10. Food Trucks and Food Booths need to meet (or adhere) to Cabarrus Health, Harrisburg, NC, and Fire Dept Guidelines, rules and regulations.  Setup must be complete 2 hours before the start of the event for inspection.
