Weight Loss Series

Are you ready to lose weight and stop dieting forever? Are you ready to learn how to stop the vicious cycles of dieting, emotional eating, & sugar addiction? This program has you covered! During these 6 weeks, you will receive support & tools that will enable you to achieve weight loss and get & stay healthier. In addition, you’ll learn how tiny habits and setting personal goals will last a lifetime, improve your metabolism, and better manage stress.

Different topics will be covered in sessions 101 and 102. Individuals are welcome to register for both and receive a 12-week experience.

Adults 16+ at Harrisburg Town Hall OR Virtual

$75 per person per session

Class Minimum: 6


6:30pm to 7:30pm 

Session 101: February 17 - March 24 

Session 102: March 31 - May 5 


 9:30am - 10:30am 

Session 101: February 19 - March 26

Session 102: April 2 - May 7

Covid 19 Guidelines for Class:

· Maximum capacity per class is 16 students

· A health screening including a temperature check may be required prior to each class.

· Students and instructors are required to wear face coverings.

· Social Distancing will be encouraged.
