A couple of years ago, the Town conducted our first Employee Engagement Survey. As a result of wanting to hear directly from the employees, on solutions to issues or more efficient ways of doing things we established the Employee Focus Group. The Employee Focus Group is made up of employees who want to make a positive impact and positive changes, and serve as the voice for various departments by either working on management-related initiatives or employee requested initiatives.
The Employee Focus Group meets on the second Thursday of every other month.
