BAKING EXTRAVAGNAZA

June 29th & June 30th

 

In this 2-day class, we’ll learn to make a chocolate layer cake, filled with vanilla buttercream, covered with chocolate ganache and decorated with French macarons. Oh la la!

 

Note to parents/guardians: Our class involves real cooking! We’ll be using the oven, stove, mixers, knives, cooking tools, etc. - so some parent/guardian involvement may be necessary. You know your child best! Please determine the appropriate amount of supervision and assistance that your child needs.

 TRIP TO ITALY

July 27th and 28th 

 

Pack your spatulas! In this 2-day class, we’ll learn to make classic Italian favorites – pasta, cheese ravioli and pizza – all from scratch. We’ll also learn the perfect tomato sauce, as well as a fresh summer salad (insalata caprese). We’ll finish off with a sweet Italian treat – chocolate budino! Buonissimo! (That means “yummy” in Italian.)
