Camps: Beginners to Advanced young artists are welcome to unleash their imagination. This summer camp is designed to create art using student’s imagination and also learning techniques or re-fining their techniques. Students will create art using paints, watercolor, pens, pastels, and recycled materials. It is preferred that a student bring a device so that they can research a reference image to draw from. (It is not required. Instructor will provide 1 laptop.) This camp is for children who love inventing, making, and bringing their creative ideas to life!
Classes: Students will focus on learning techniques in art to improve skills such as drawing, painting, sculpture and possibly clay. Students will be able to create art using their own creativity within the techniques that are demonstrated for them. Some projects may be inspired from famous artists and some projects may be inspired from their own experiences.
Classes will take place at Harrisburg Town Hall in the Municipal Complex room: 4100 Main St. Harrisburg NC 28075
