The Finance Department is responsible for all financial reporting of the Town. The annual audited financial statements are prepared by the Finance Department and audited by independent external auditors. The Town is proud to receive consistent clean opinions, which represent the highest level of assurance auditors can place on the financial statements.
The Town Manager and Finance Director prepare the annual budget document and Capital Improvement Plan, with the assistance of all departments. These documents are submitted to Town Council for approval and serve as the framework of authorized expenditures for all Town Departments.
Other detailed financial reports include the Finance Director's quarterly report, financial dashboards and other specific reports directed by Town Council.
