1. Can the timeframe be extended if required?

The timeframe for completion of the plan will depend on the final scope of work – which may, or may not include all of the tasks identified in the RFQ.  If, after the Town selects a consultant, it determines that additional time is required, then we will consider modifying the schedule.  

2. Is there a budget for this project?

The budget has not been finalized for this project, but will depend upon the final scope of work.

3. Will the Town accept final plan documents in bulleted form? Or, does the Town require a comprehensive narrative report

Again, that is a question which we will address with the consultant chosen to complete the plan.
