Fall 2012 Pop Warner Football Registration Dates:
Ages: 7-14
Age is determined by child's age as of July 31, 2012
Registration Dates:
Regular Registration:
May 29-June 29, 2012
and
July 9-20, 2012
Additional Registration Dates:
Saturday, June 16 - 10am-1pm
at Dick's Sporting Goods, Afton Village
Thursday, June 21 - 5pm-8pm
at the Parks and Recreation Office
Fees:
A $50 equipment deposit is required. This will be refunded at the end of the season with the return of all of your equipment.
$160 Cabarrus County Residents
$180 Non Cabarrus County Residents
Pop Warner Paperwork Required for Fall Sign-ups:
1) 2 Copies of Birth Certificate
2) 2 Copies of Report Card (all 4 quarters, must be legible)
3) Must have physician sign the Pop Warner Physical Form (will not be eligible to play without this form completed)
