Fall 2012 Pop Warner Cheerleading Registration Dates:

Ages: 7-14
Age is determined by child's age as of July 31, 2012

Registration Dates:

Regular Registration:
May 29-June 29, 2012

and

July 9-20, 2012

Additional Registration Dates:
Saturday, June 16 - 10am-1pm
at Dick's Sporting Goods, Afton Village

Thursday, June 21 - 5pm-8pm
at the Parks and Recreation Office

Fees:

A $50 uniform deposit is required. This will be refunded at the end of the season with the return of the entire uniform.

 $130     Cabarrus County Residents
       $150     Non Cabarrus County Residents

Pop Warner Paperwork Required for Fall Sign-ups:

1) 2 Copies of Birth Certificate
2) 2 Copies of Report Card (all 4 quarters, must be legible)
3) Must have physician sign the Pop Warner Physical Form (will not be eligible to play without this form completed)
4) Pop Warner Player Contract
5) Harrisburg Parks & Recreation Form
6) Registration Fee ($130-in Cabarrus County/ $150-outside of County)*
PLUS $50.00 uniform/equipment fee*
(uniform fee will be returned at the end of the season after uniforms have been turned in)
