The Town of Harrisburg Parks & Recreation Department offers a variety of special events throughout the year. Along our variety of youth sporting events, we offer the following annual events.

Harrisburg Christmas Tree Lighting - the 2nd Friday after Thanksgiving
Movies in the Park - hosted by University City Fellowship
Heritage Spring Craft Show (June 9th)-hosted by the Historical Society

This event is hosted by University City Fellowship in partnership with Harrisburg Parks and Recreation. It is a free, family friendly event. The event is first come first serve. It will be held at Harrisburg Park, located at 191 Sims Parkway. Please feel free to bring your own chair or blanket. NO alcohol or pets.
