Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) Update

A virtual open house will be held Wednesday, April 14 to discuss the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) Update. Identical sessions will be held at 6 p.m. and 7 p.m. Advance registration is required. The Draft UDO is the set of zoning and land development laws that govern how the town develops in the future. Join us for a presentation by the Town’s consultants on proposed changes to the Town’s zoning districts, parking requirements, landscaping and more.
