The fourth edition of "Happening in Harrisburg," the Town's monthly newsletter, was issued today. The March edition includes information about taxes, Harrisburg's severe drought conditions, recent fire department training, permitted and forbidden home-based businesses, historic site restoration, options for paying your water bill and details about upcoming Parks and Recreation programs and youth athletic sponsorships.
The Town of Harrisburg's newsletter debuted Dec. 6 and is monthly emailed to our email subscribers. Informative pieces by the Town Administrator and department directors as well as news and the announcement of several Harrisburg birthdays are regular features. New editions will appear on the first Monday of each month. The April "Happening in Harrisburg" is slated for April 4.
