During the week of February 14, smoke testing will begin within Harrisburg Town Center.
The Public Works department has issued this notice for business owners, area residents and other Harrisburg sewer customers affected by the testing. The letter contains information about preventing smoke within businesses and homes as well as what individuals can expect throughout testing.
