They lit up the night with their festive seasonal tributes of red, white and green! The Town of Harrisburg congratulates Nancy Harris and David and Gay Caughell as winners of this year's Holiday Home Decorating Contest.
The Town would also like to extend an honorable mention to Theresa Waldref for her holiday display.
All contest submissions were due by and judged on Dec. 19. First place was awarded a cash prize of $150. Second place received $75. The Town of Harrisburg and its Parks and Recreation department thanks everyone who participated in this year's contest!
