The eleventh edition of "Happening in Harrisburg," the Town's monthly newsletter, was issued Monday. The October issue reminds readers of two important events occurring this weekend -- our 1st Annual Health Fair on Friday and this Saturday's Harrisburg Fire Department Open House. This newsletter also features information on an upcoming American flag retirement ceremony, proper fencing regulations within Town limits, new art classes to be offered this November and December, winter basketball registration with Parks and Recreation, correct disposal of universal waste (such as fluorescent lighting) and a few tips for safe trick-or-treating later this month. And don't forget, we always share a few birthday celebrations as well!
The Town of Harrisburg's newsletter debuted Dec. 6 and is monthly emailed to our subscribers.
