Drought conditions cause increased Harrisburg water restrictions

Effective immediately, all Town of Harrisburg customers are being asked to voluntarily conserve water resources as drought conditions worsen and increased usage restrictions are implemented.

For full details, click here and read a news release issued by the Cities of Concord and Kannapolis. The Town of Harrisburg currently purchases its water supply from Concord. The release notes that these water restrictions do apply to the Town.
