Tae Kwon Do

Class Focus

This class is based on the Chung Do Kwan style, one of the original Kwans/styles brought over to the United States of America in the 1960s. Non-contact traditional Tae Kwon Do uses lower body kicks, as well as other karate (hands-free) martial arts techniques. Respect and control are important. Students will get a good cardiovascular workout as well.
